At Silver Crest Hospice, we started the Uplift for Life fundraiser because we believe every life matters and no one should face life’s hardest moments alone. As we continue our mission of providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate support to patients and families facing serious illness, we are proud to share that proceeds from this fundraiser are given to Adopt a Cop to help families and individuals facing life-threatening illnesses access additional resources and support. Uplift for Life was created to bring our community together in support of efforts that provide comfort, encouragement, and meaningful assistance during difficult times. Through this fundraiser, we hope to ensure that families continue to receive the kindness, respect, and hope they deserve during challenging times.
